1) If u dont know it in the book, u wont know it in real life, study vigorously
2) Get re-inspired, remember u are here to help people. Your ignorance is lethal & your knowledge will relieve suffering. Find that passion again & study vigorously

3) Buy an ultrasound, stop using stethoscopes because everyone else is
4) Question everything that you do. dont fall into the habit of copying your attendings, dont fall into the habit of only learning the old ways of doing things.

5) Be early, read the chart, see the patient
6) Ask the patient everything

8) Love yourselves, treat yourselves and your coulleagues well

10) Dont EAT crap, energy drinks are not a replacement for sleep
11) What you put into your mouth is so important, dont eat processed crap.
