NEW: Theresa May has written to Jeremy Corbyn outlining her response to Labour’s Brexit proposals.

At first glance, seems like May has conceded very little to Corbyn (rejecting 3 out of his 5 demands).

Here is the letter and a quick summary:
Corbyn called for a permanent UK-wide customs union and an agreement that includes a UK say on future EU trade deals.

May rejects this outright, says Corbyn wants a say in future EU trade deals rather than the ability for the UK to strike its own.

Minimal movement from May.
Corbyn called for close alignment with the single market, underpinned by “shared institutions and obligations”.

May says she does not understand what Corbyn means by "shared institutions.." and her deal is the “closest relationship possible outside the SM”.

Minimal movement.
Corbyn demanded “alignment on rights and protections” with the EU.

May rejects following the EU but says Parliament will decide whenever the EU changes its standards. Adds she is “prepared to consider legislating” to guarantee there will be no regression in workers’ rights.
Corbyn called for participation in some EU agencies and funding programmes

May says she “also wants the closest possible relationship with EU agencies” – but says this is all noted in the political declaration.

Minimal movement on this from May.
Lastly, Corbyn wanted access to the European arrest warrant and shared databases.

May says she agrees but the EU have said that as a third country there are restrictions on what the UK can do.

Says she hopes with Labour’s support she can convince the EU to provide this.
Interestingly she does leave the door open to continue working with Corbyn to form a compromise - will be fascinating to see how the Brexiteers in her party will feel about that.
