1) So define an enemy.

We call fake news the enemy of the people, at least in our little corner, we have consensus on that. But where does that line get drawn? Executives? The people on TV? Writers? Fact checkers? Photographers? Camera men? Web developers?
2) We wen't to war with "Germany" in WW2. What was "Germany?" The government? The army? The people producing weapons? Food? Spies? Scientists? Doctors?

What was the enemy were we at war with and where is the line that defines "Germany" in WW2?
3) We are actively engaged fighting ISIS. Who's this enemy? The soldiers, leaders? What about the people housing and feeding them? Hiding them? The people that radicalized them? Who's the ISIS we're fighting?
4) We have a country on our southern border causing our country a lot of mayhem.

Where do we draw the line on what the "enemy" in Mexico is? The government? The cartels? Corrupt business people?

Or the people invading our country, who in the process break our laws?
5) Is the enemy in Mexico people helping these caravans to the US? Feeding them. Or do we define them as those that receive money from illegals in America? Encouraged them to go? Don't vote out their corrupt politicians? Turn a blind eye to cartels? Take bribes?
6) My point is that we have a virtual war going on with Mexico. This goes beyond "there is good and bad everywhere," their population needs an attitude reset towards Americans regardless of whether they are good or bad people.
7) War with Germany in WW2 was not "Germany but there are good and bad Germans and we're just at war with the bad ones, I have a German friend."

Collectively, Mexicans needs to change their ways. This is what "Mexican people" means.
8) I'm not judge/jury on what the line that defines good Mexicans vs bad is. It's irrelevant to me because you can't separate Mexican behavior from it's people.

I'm simply saying that a broad reset in Mexico's attitude towards us is necessary, and yes, that includes it's people.
