THREAD - In 2015 in the run up to the Labour leadership election @JeremyCorbyn gave an interview to @AsaWinstanley of Electronic @intifada. Corbyn argued that EU support for Israel is because of the Holocaust & that as the older generation dies he hopes things will change

In 2011 Corbyn attempted to change the name of Holocaust Memorial Day (@HMD_UK) to Genocide Memorial Day. If you're Corbyn, the weakening of the memory of the Holocaust is a good thing as it would be good for Palestine. jewishnews.timesofisrael.com/corbyn-led-mot…
