I honestly don’t see why everyone is getting so excited.
Obviously remain would lose a second referendum, but more importantly, a 2nd referendum is no more likely today than yesterday.
The only thing that has a parliamentary majority is a soft Brexit - that hasn’t changed.

The only short term impact this will have is destroying the IG (good).
The only long term impact is that Labour will go into the next election as the party that tried to stop Brexit (good if you’re a Tory).
But I suspect those who got us here will be long gone by then.

To people asking why it’s obvious remain would lose - I can’t believe I have to say this - in this economy, people are dying to give the establishment a kicking (and yes, people will still see the EU + Cameron + Blair + whatever lefty you stick on the end as the establishment) 
I am genuinely perplexed by the people responding to this saying ‘have you seen the polls’ - do they not remember what happened during the last campaign? Or have they all experienced selective amnesia? Surely motivated reasoning isn’t that powerful?!
Again, can’t believe I have to clarify this, but the point isn’t that the polls were wrong, it was that they were reversed by a campaign that mobilised the huge groundswell of anger at the establishment into support for Leave - which they would do again, but it would be easier.
