Cardinal Pell has been convicted of child sexual abuse. The rest of the world was able to publicise this last year when Pell was convicted. But there was a suppression order in Australia till today.

The reason for the Australian suppression order was that Pell was going to be tried on MORE counts of child sexual abuse this year, but those charges have now been dropped so the conviction he got last year can now be publicised.

At last there is some vindication for all of Pell's victims... and by extension, all the victims of clergy abuse.
Fiona Barnett will be very happy about this. So will countless other victims of abuse.

I rejoice for this tiny bit of affirmation for all the victims of sexual abuse, spiritual abuse, nefarious mind-control...

There are so many other perpetrators and cases that will never be brought to trial in this fallen world where the justice system has been so infiltrated by perpetrators of abuse. But God will bring TRUE justice in the end.

The good news is that although you / we / me -- are all sinners, you can be forgiven of your sin if you truly repent and believe that God came into the world as Jesus Christ to die for your sins. Seek Jesus. Trust in Him. He is God. He died for your sins.
