You should be asking and answering these questions, and dozens more, and seeking to put it all into unassailably watertight law ASAP. This is like 3D chess, I know, but Theresa May is well versed in dodging the issue, and we are almost out of time!
In other words, you need Plans B, C, D, E, F, G etc. all already lined up and ready to go in rapid-fire succession, so that no matter what twists and turns Brexit takes, no matter who tries to stymie or oppose what, the UK doesn't crash out with no-deal and crater our economy.
(For centuries, Parliament has operated largely on the basis of a gentlemens' agreement mishmash of conventions. It's time to wake up to the fact that the system breaks down when the Government - and the Prime Minister - couldn't care less about upsetting "conventional wisdom".)
