Nothing has changed in the ERG position, except that reopening the withdrawal agreement has been replaced by a new treaty which supercedes it - effectively amounting to the same thing.
Same exit mechanism demands, same intent to make sure the promises to Ireland don't have to be fulfilled.
Lots of mutterings around parliament about deal going through this time. I can see no basis whatsoever, on the basis of these demands, for it doing so.
They're not peace terms. They are a restatement of the original position. That's a different thing.
