Breaking:Rep. Nadler has released a list of documents that Cong is requesting from EIGHTY ONE people and entities. Don't have the list yet, but am told that it includes Junior, Ivanka, Trump Hotels and a category that includes 'abuses of presidential power'. #MondayMotivation
Nadler's list also includes Stone, Bannon, Flynn, Trump Org, Trump Foundation and several committees associated with the Trump Inaugural Committee. And the BIG one is the NRA!

6-Note that the entirety of the Trump Transition Team are included on the House Judiciary list-with the exception of Pence and Chris Christie, who led it. Dunno why Christie has been omitted, but Pence's name is excluded in the same way that Trump's is..
7-MSNBC reporting that in the case of lawyers (spec Jay Sekulow) named on the House Judiciary Committee list today, the attorney/client privilege will take precedence until a court says that it doesn't anymore. I'm sure that Nadler has thought of this & is dealing with it.
