I tried to push further, given the reports circulating about the Mueller report timing. I asked Carr whether the report called for by the regs will be delivered to the AG before midnight tonight. His answer: "I don’t have anything more to add beyond what I provided below, thx."
So again, no official guidance from the SCO on their timing one way or the other. That void is being filled by some other sources, about whom we don't know much at all. And that's all I think we can say.
