Foley resigned from Congress in disgrace over emails and texts soliciting teenage former pages and accusations of worse misconduct. Prosecutors ultimately declined to charge him citing evidence withheld by Congress and Foley himself.

The Barr report on the Mueller report.
for my money, the most dramatic news is the second paragraph on page 3 -- Barr and Rosenstein took it upon themselves to make and disclose a prosecution decision re the President's potential obstruction of justice (despite the OLC memo saying Trump can't be prosecuted in office).
This is a complicated and problematic decision for both of them. Before he took office, Barr wrote a memo preemptively attacking the obstruction component of Mueller's investigation. Rosenstein was part of the conduct (firing Comey) that the investigation would have examined.

Mueller has left us essentially where the FBI investigation started--a bunch of troubling contacts between Trump associates (some w/ colorful pasts) and Russia, but no clear view of whether they were independent efforts or coordinated within the campaign. news.yahoo.com/the-political-…
Talking here about what the SCO has revealed in court at the time the investigation concludes and Mueller departs his govt service. The contents of his report remain confidential, of course.
