600k people are released from jails & prisons every year. Roughly the size of Boston or Seattle. Only to be subjected to further exclusion, supervision, & marginalization that make it impossible to truly be free. It’s Perpetual Punishment.
Good news: Mr. Charles *just* moved in last nt to new apt. But there are hundreds of thousands each year who don't have his fortunate limelight or support (financial & publicity) from a Kim Kardashian. Homelessness shouldn't be used as a punishment. fox17.com/news/local/for…
