Bill Cash was banging on on Sky News about how the UK's still leaving the EU on 29 March. Kept saying "that's the legal position". He's right, at the moment. In domestic law that's still the case.
But the fact he repeated it so much makes me wonder whether the ERG will try and sabotage the SI needed to change the date in domestic law?
For instance (and I am not completely familiar with the dirty tricks they use) could they talk out ie filibuster the SI so that the vote never happens?
