The EU has given us three weeks to try and avoid setting fire to our jobs and economy and this grandee of the ‘party of business’ responds by calling for extra petrol
What has happened to the Tory party? Whatever we used to say about them, they were always serious and they at least had some people’s (rich people’s) interests at heart. Now they’re prepared to see the entire country indiscriminately burn. Why? Seriously, why?
As for David Davis: he defies belief. UK negotiator, one of our most senior politicians, who called for same benefits of membership. Now he explicitly wants no benefits, and wants them right now. Is it sadism, masochism, idiocy or lunacy or just a total epic national breakdown?
(PS that was of course a rhetorical question, we know with Davis it’s always all of the above)
