/ It was clear to anyone who followed, that Trump was pro-Russian and pro-Putin all through his campaign… anyone working on, or around his campaign would have known this… Trump had several reasons to know that Russia was trying to help his campaign… short thread...
/ The TT mtg with Don Jr and the others and the Russians, the emails flat out told us, in black and white that they were informed that Russia was working to get Trump elected and that they weren’t concerned about being appropriate and above board…
/ The subject line and text of the email exchange between Don Jr and Goldman was so chocked full of rich bait… promising damaging info on H Clinton… the fact that they answered in the affirmative and followed through w/mtg… intent to collude…
/ Papadopoulos was aware that the Russians had hacked the democrats emails and were planning to use it to damage Hillary Clinton and help get Trump elected… Trump had a number of ways of knowing that Russia was working to throw our election toward him…
/ A while back, one of the few things we’ve heard about the investigation is that they had somewhere referred to Trump’s asking “Russia, if you’re listening”… and Russian hacking that night… so, have they fully considered that and other things, and aren’t concerned...
/ All along… while Trump would have to have been aware that Russia was interfering with our election… he never reported it to the FBI… or cautioned his staff to be on guard… he took advantage of it…
/ They changed the republican party platform to favor Russia, during the campaign… no one knows who made that change… I was thinking Mueller would find out… and all the while, he was working on Trump Tower Moscow… and hid that from the American people…
/ Before he was fired for lying to the FBI… Flynn was talking with Kislyak about easing sanctions imposed by Obama… people ask, why did Flynn lie to the FBI… I think likely that he would have expected that if he told them that he was talking about sanctions...
/ they probably would have asked him whether Trump had authorized that… he wasn’t ready to answer that, so, he decided to lie and deal with it later… people also ask whether Trump would have known what Flynn was doing talking to Kislyak…
/ of course he would have… he not only would have known… Flynn would never have made calls to Kislyak about sanctions, unless it was directed by Trump… Trump fighting the sanctions all along is completely suspicious in itself…
/ These are a number of the reasons that come to mind, pretty much just off the top of my head, why it’s hard to understand how there can be a comprehensive conclusion of “no collusion”…
/ Trump and his campaign knew that Russia was working behind the scenes to help their campaign… any moves he made toward coordination with, and/or taking advantage of that effort should be considered suspicious…
