There isn't any acceptable position that stems from right wing politics. The decisions made through the lens of capitalism quite literally kill our planet by the day, while conservative social ideas create marginalization actively sabotaging the freedom of billions worldwide.
The toxic concoction of both creates a world in which bigotry is a structural tool to maximize power, where terms of freedom and violence can be redefined to suit the needs of capitalist control, where the wellbeing of us all is a footnote alongside the profit margins of a few.
Millions die yearly for and because of the right wing systems of control. Starving, homeless and ill while food, housing and medication sits unused, commodified by the wealthy at the expense of human lives. Capitalism's existence is a crisis of society - for many, a death knell.
To miss capitalism's scythe, a worker must sell their labour to the capitalist to obtain the necessities needed for life. A forceful transaction that constructs and empire of capital for the capitalists while simultaneously chaining the worker to their exploitative role.
This abuse of humanity is the consequence of a system of relentless commodification. Capitalism necessitates exploitation; the theft of workers' produce is required for capitalists to profit, to generate capital. There is no avoiding thiswithout avoiding right wing ideas in full.
Ask of societal ills - why is it that so many workers live on unlivable while their bosses own billions? How can we sit by and watch as our planet burns, letting corporations char the earth with their profits? Why do people starve when food exists in abundance?

Capitalism.
It is fundamental to our progress that we identify such issues as not inherent to the human condition but colossal, rudimentary failures of the societal system we are trapped in. Right wing ideas have wrought but death and misery onto our planet for the sake of profit margins!
This intertwines with the bigotry of conservatism, the social orders that allow hegemonies to be created and maximize power certain groups have over others. Racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, more... the arsenal of capitalism, constructs of right wing framework.
The dehumanization of black people allows societal rhetoric to lessen their worth... and thus enhance their own power over them. Think of slavery, segregation, mass incarceration, systemic poverty... these are responsible for billions. Racism, the weapon of capitalism,
Relegating women to the weaker social group, crafting a culture of social rules and justifying it with misogynist nonsense, erasing LGBTQ people to maintain the hegemony and fabricating a history of psuedo-scientific nonsense... all in the quest for power right wing rules demand.
What of the disabled, whom our societal lens still encourages us to view as a burden - not because they are, but because treating them as equal humans obstructs the profit that a capitalist can generate. Physical conditions, mental health... discarded for greater revenue.
Networks upon networks of interlinked, multifaced bigotry. Festering in our governments, written into our laws, laced into our daily conversations. The need to make humans into "the other" is directly connected to right wing conduct and beneficial to those playing by such a code.
There can be no escape from such societal wrongs while the system our society uses directly inspires them. The wiring of capitalism is the language of right wing ideas - maximizing power over others, through any means you can. Marginalization is just another means to that end.
You even see right wing ideas incorporate language into their tools of commodification. Terms like "freedom" and "liberty" warped to apply not to people but to capital - the freedom to exploit and commodify, the liberty of capitalists to do so. Con the masses for your own gain.
Every facet of society faces infection through the grotesque commodification right wing ideas instill. A justice system, a human's needs, the planet we live on... right down to our media consumption, our communication devices, our emotional health. It's cancer, no exaggeration.
The term "cancer" or "cancerous" has been colloquially negated somewhat by reactionary (right wing) internet circles overapplying the term to cultural elements that draw their ire (often media outside their personal interests or social movements that make them uncomfortable)...
...but think about what cancer actually is, what it does to a person - consumes and discards your cells without care for the organism that hosts them. That is capitalism - a societal system of endless commodification, in which person to planet can be turned into $$$.
Right wing politics, from capitalist control of society to the marginalization that infects social conduct, are that cancer. It degrades humanity, destroys our planet, and devolves society into the fascist hellscape emerging today.

Now - what do we do (or aim to do) with cancer?
Total eradication. The ideal outcome for a person diagnosed with cancer is for their doctor to remove all cancerous presence within their body, to tell them the infection has ended.

We must take the same approach with the right wing mindset ruining life for billions today.
If you could surgically remove all cancerous tissue from your body tomorrow, but your doctor decided to leave bits in because "they wanted balance" or "they felt like it", you'd want a new doctor.

The same attitude should be had with right wing views and ideas in society.
It isn't good enough to accept compromise with ideas that ruin lives, with thoughts that marginalize and relegate members of society to the "other", with systems that relegate our planet to the parasitical lens of capitalists.

Not if you want to deliver substantial change.
This is an attitude we should hold for all walks of life. Be it the systemic operation of global society (and thus the total elimination of capitalist exploitation) or the daily conversational tone we grace our fellow human beings with.
I grow weary of seeing the insipid drivel right wing people vomit out accepted as legitimate option, as though the opinions of people actively contributing to societal hatred and misery deserve anything more than derision and condemnation.
There's no scenario in which the words of a bigot hold more weight than the marginalized people their rhetoric affects. We'd do well to remember this when dealing with political discussions of all walks, especially when said words come from people directly paid to be right wing.
Reimagine the cancer scenario - your doctor is talking you through the chemotherapy process, but then some third party ambles into the room and recommends a "compromise" between being cured and succumbing to illness. You aren't listening to them, you're angry they're even there.
That anger is felt by the people suffering through yet another day of right wing nonsense being accepted as legitimate opinion. From the daily aggression and aggravation faced by the marginalized to prisoners literally funneled into prison for a capitalist's cheap labour.
For all I have said though... the gears of change come through each and every one of us. The difference basic rejection of the ingrained bigotry right wing ideas have laced into our society accumulate and instill change - we are capable of doing more, even if we don't see it yet.
Refusing to accept the spew of conservatism is not only important in societal rhetorical terms - it might just save a life. You may have just stopped the hateful diatribe that worsens someone's day, lowers someone's mood, pushes someone over the edge. Our actions hold weight...
...and together, as people, we can do anything. From improving someone's day, even if only by an iota, to global systemic change and true freedom for every person on this planet.

The only way is up - but only if we remove ourselves from the chains of right wing ideology.
