If 52% of people vote against our current system, with 48% voting for it...
Does that automatically mean that 52% of people would prefer ANY alternative system? No
Does that mean we should immediately abandon our current system, without consent for the new one? No
Put is this way... If only 30% of doctors thought your heart was viable, with 70% saying it needs to be transplanted
Are you honestly telling me you'd be happy with ANY old heart they happen to find? Or that you'd be happy with them simply ripping yours out before they found one?
The idea that forcing any new system on the British people without their consent is democratic is laughable. And the people laughing are the very people who told us to vote brexit!! #HookLineAndSinker

Arguments to stay in the EU are always at a disadvantage if Brexit is undefined, as it was in 2016. That's why you can't let the debate descend into general pro and anti-EU issues.

If you think the UK is divided now, just think about what happens if the deal is voted through by people who have no intention of sticking to it (e.g. Backstop):
A) People will see we've got another 5+yrs of trade talks, with the same arguments played out
B) Leave voters will blame Remain voters for ruining Brexit. Remain voters will blame Leave voters for ruining the country.
C) A significant part of our Parliament will be trying to break the international laws created by the Brexit Treaty in order to undermine the international obligations of the Good Friday Agreement.
Illegally undermining the international community in a way that threatens peace?

Anyway, that's not the point. Brexiteers are still not going to vote for it. You can see them doing the same as they do every time, encouraging each other to vote against it
And Labour is voting against it, so it's not getting through
And even if anyone was tempted to vote for it, they're not going to now because they know it's not the end of anything so they don't risk anything by voting against it again.
And this is always going to be the problem. Theresa May is never going to bring it to a final vote because she can't afford to lose. But every time it's only a pretend vote, the Brexiteers won't vote for it because they don't have to.

You have the power to return the GOP to normalcy; you can vote against its current form.

Consider voting for Democrats this year, not as a vote for Democrats, but as a temporary vote against what the GOP has become.

Liberals, like any group of diverse people, sometimes go too far.
And the Internet & social media bring out our worst. It has polarized us.

The loudest, rudest people get the most attention, despite being small in number. The majority of polite, more moderate people get less attention.
