The term "functional" was chosen after extensive research on techniques and terms that will leave patients less likely to create conflict about psychosomatic diagnosis. The most effective technique supported by this research is "etiological ambiguity" in discussion with patients.
"Functional" is one of the most effective terms because it will “conceal some of the conflict in a particularly contentious area,” with the “advantage” of “allowing neurologists to use the same term to mean one thing to colleagues and another to patients”...

Many #raptors migrate primarily by thermal #soaring. To do so they travel by day and avoid high mtns and open sea. This leads to spectacular raptor aggregations in overland #flyways. One of the world´s largest raptor flyways occurs along the eastern Black Sea coast in SW Georgia.
The Eastern Black Sea Flyway has its narrowest point just north of #Batumi, where the coast and Lesser Caucasus form a clear "bottleneck". The mtns are not extremely high but present a significant barrier for #raptors on #migration due to low and dense cloud cover. @BatumiRaptors

Whenever you feel something is distracting, that simply shows that you are naturally attracted towards that, nothing else
Why create #conflict with distraction?

Move in the same #direction; make it an object of #meditation. Be #natural, don’t be #suppressive and don’t create #conflict and you will attain.

Nobody ever attains through conflict. Conflict will create a split #personality.
Move to the #natural #attraction; then you are one, then you are whole, then you are together. Then you are one piece, not a house divided against itself. And when you move as one piece there is a dance in your step and there is nothing which is not #divine.

 Naturopaths, STOP making patients think they NEED lab tests from MDs! If we disagree, it can compromise our relationship with our patients by making them think they’re being denied something you just told them they HAD to have! You are SETTING US UP for a conflict with them!

 It takes a LOT of time for MDs to explain why MANY (nearly all) of the tests naturopaths are often demanding SHOULD'NT be done! This re-education, takes AWAY time spent effectively on that #patients actual health issues. This isn't helping their care! This COMPROMISES it!!
