Misconception: Modi Government spending too much on Publicity
Fact: Modi government has released fewer advertisements (print) than the UPA-2 government.

In the last year of its tenure, UPA 2 had spent more amount than Modi's govt expenditure in the first year.
@thewire_in published a report to compare the avg of Modi government's ad expenditure with the average of UPA's 10 years ignoring the inflation over the last 15 years.

Misconception: PM Modi spending too much on foreign tours.
Fact: PM Modi and Manmohan Singh spent almost amount of money on their foreign travels even though PM Modi did more foreign trips.

The misconception was spread to show how the government has destroyed the public sector.
