Mueller does not find requisite evidence to recommend impeachment because of the insanely high bar that’s been set for that to happen to Republicans. He is, however aptly making the case that Trump is dangerously unfit & unqualified to be POTUS and should never have been elected.
That’s what Trump is REALLY afraid of—he‘ll never be impeached due to the complicit GOP, but he WILL be indicted in SDNY for his many financial misdeeds & he needs to die in office or die in jail.
