The Mueller report corroborates many stories that were dismissed by Trump as “fake news” — and also identifies multiple times when Trump and his allies misled or actively lied to the press.
Among the news reports denied at the time but supported by Mueller.

1) This Jan 2017 @IgnatiusPost column on Russian sanctions and Michael Flynn, which the Trump administration denied. A Trump appointee, KT McFarland, knew she was lying to the Post. washingtonpost.com/opinions/why-d…
2) This May 2017 @nytmike story about Trump asking for Comey’s “loyalty.” The president and his allies disputed the report, but Mueller found “substantial evidence” to support Comey. nytimes.com/2017/05/11/us/…
3) This May 2017 @nytmike story about Trump asking Comey to end the Flynn investigation. The president tweeted this was “fake news,” but Mueller again found “substantial evidence” to support Comey. nytimes.com/2017/05/16/us/…
4) These January 2018 @nytmike-@maggieNYT and @PostRoz-@jdawsey1 stories on Trump seeking to fire Mueller. Trump claimed it was “fake news,” but the White House counsel told Trump the articles were accurate.

Verma’s also leaned on NAHIGIAN STRATEGIES, which is co-led by the former chair of Trump’s transition.

They’ve been paid $2M-plus.

1) Ending the HIV epidemic. The ACA’s Medicaid expansion is a major source of coverage for HIV patients. The ACA also created new protections for patients with HIV/AIDS. nyti.ms/2UX0mIO?smid=n…

Also in 2001, #Mueller was fine with sending all those Saudis home ASAP -- so compromising, dontcha know. We would see this again in 2010 when he was fine with deporting a dozen, deep-penetration, Russian "illegal" SVR agents getting too close to "Reset" Hillary & Dems!
