A core concept here is the importance of bold-but-orderly action.

I have serious doubts that orderly action is actually possible given the strength of predatory delay forces in our political systems.
That's a question I look at in depth in The Snap Forward.
But overall, I have to say, this is close to the best version of this report I could imagine being put forward: It's clear; it's very direct about the risks and the gap in strategic capacities for assessing and responding to those risks; it urges concrete, serious responses.
(If your work has anything to do with climate policy, investment, finance, or organizational strategy, you should probably actually read the report itself. It's only like 30 pages long.)
