1. TRUMP LOSES IN SDNY Deutsche Bank Case: ORDER: denying [26] Motion for Preliminary Injunction. For the reasons set forth on the record in today's hearing, Plaintiffs' motion for a preliminary injunction is DENIED, Plaintiffs' motion for a stay pending appeal is DENIED, and
2. the Committees' application for consolidation is DENIED. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to terminate the motion, Doc. 26. It is SO ORDERED @MSNBC
3. Here is the order. Not sure if there was a side agreement on stay like in DC. But court granted no stay in SDNY so that that means Trump will have to tee up in the CA 2nd Cir.
