Bill Bennett was the medic that treated John Walker Lindh without hesitation and as a military professional treating prisoners of war. Bill was killed during an assault in Ramadi by al Qaeda members...the same group Lindh was a member of. legacy.com/obituaries/nam…
Lindh's family never thanked Bill for the medical care given their child recovered after a horrendous battle found in the company of terrorists. Instead they engaged in a PR campaign to blame myself, the Special Forces and attempted to exonerate their son. esquire.com/news-politics/…
So please remember on this day that Mike Spann and Bill Bennett did the right thing but they and their family paid the ultimate price.

This means with a little herky-jerky camerawork and deep fakes we can "re-recreate" history and news events. Conspiracy Nuts never had it so good.

I haven't actually seen any of these folks "give away" all their money. More like a way to keep their offspring employed or do those nice virtue messaging speeches. Some folks like the Gates do get involved but it's hard to give away billions. vox.com/recode/2019/5/…
