1/ So one thing I'd like to see from you lawyer people is analysis wether Assange is guilty. Reading the evidence against Assange, and reading the Espionage Act, it seems that yes, he's guilty according to the letter of the law.
2/ The reason i ask is because the Mueller report says the DoJ declines to prosecute Don Jr. for working with Assange hacking computers, because a vague discussion of prosecutorial discretion and whether important interests would be served by doing so.
3/ We don't live in some autocracy like Russia where Putin prosecutes a journalist because they insulted him. We have an independent judiciary that, if anything, is hostile to the State Department getting their memos leak, rather than on their side defending State.
4/ I'd really like to understand who the decision makers are to go after Assange and why they'd make that decision.
