Side note: A senior House aide said the onus is on the Judiciary Committee to show it’s ready to use what Mueller gave them (report and statement) to win PR fights against Trump. “If you can’t do that with what he gave us, there's no way you’re ready for impeachment.”

But Judiciary Chairman Jerrold NADLER is frustrated because it’s been a month since his committee held Bill Barr in contempt and it hasn’t yet come to the House floor. He can’t fight Trump in court until then.
