Biden may be the Dem presidential front-runner, but in the past 72 hours, he hasn't been acting like it. This week alone, Biden abandoned his decades of support for the Hyde Amendment, then flipped back to supporting it, and then switched yet again to opposing it.
As a purely strategic matter, Biden's flip-flop — and flip again — spells danger for his campaign. The best case for Biden is his electability and ability to beat President Trump in a general election.

Immigration officials said "Operation Crosscheck," which netted suspects all over New England who were already ordered out of the country but still committed a crime, are all being flown home.
Some will be put on Boeing 737s owned and operated by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement or similar jets chartered by ICE. A few others, an immigration official said, will be escorted on commercial flights by ICE agents.

The new emergency facility in Carrizo Springs, Texas, will hold as many as 1,600 teens in a complex that once housed oil field workers on government-leased land near the border, said Mark Weber, a spokesman for Office of Refugee Resettlement.
The agency is also weighing using Army and Air Force bases in Georgia, Montana and Oklahoma to house an additional 1,400 kids in the coming weeks, amid the influx of children traveling to the U.S. alone.

Critical point here is that the MSM is claiming that #Sanders "came within a handful of votes" of #HillaryClinton, when he lost in a landslide of 4M votes, 1k pledged delegates (not SDs) and a dozen states.

Biden is often compared to weak front-runners of the recent past, but w/ three new polls putting him near 40% nationally, his support is starting to look very different than theirs.

For example, here's Jeb in the RCP daily average - his post-announcement peak in '15 was...17.8%
Then there's Mitt Romney -- he never got past 25% for all of 2011. Didn't start approaching where Biden is now until he began winning primaries:

If you weren’t aware, I didn’t enjoy putting together the #BidenGropeTapes thread. In fact, I’ve talked multiple times about how hard it was on me emotionally to review all of that footage. Especially as someone who was preyed upon by an older man as a teen.
Yes, I’m a conservative. Yes, I do tend to share negative information about Democrats more than I do Republicans. No, I did not create the #BidenGropeTapes as a political slight. I don’t want Biden to be president because I think he’s a predator, not just because he’s a Democrat.
A lot of my GOP peers want Biden to become the Dem presidential nominee in 2020 because they think his predatory behavior, racism, warmongering, and mistreatment of Anita Hill make him easy to beat. And I’m over here just wanting Dems to be consistent on calling out #MeToo perps.
