@real2OffendIsOK There was an interesting AIPAC video from last year in which conservatives, libertarians, gay rights advocates, et al. were all gong to AIPAC. The message: “Believe whatever you want politically. But everyone’s a Zionist.”
@real2OffendIsOK At this point through, we underestimate the levels of anti-Zionism among the far Left and even mainstream liberals. This is a loss of hegemonic discourse in the polity (America) where it really matters.
@real2OffendIsOK Zionists don’t want a situation in which *only* evangelical goofballs support them. That would make Zionism a polemical, polarizing issue (like gay marriage or abortion) instead of a hegemonic one.
