The DOJ's Office of Legal Counsel released their opinion about the Treasury's refusal to turn over President #Trump's tax returns and they, as expected, agreed with the Treasury.

They stated that Congress does not have the right to make the Executive Branch provide confidential information without a legitimate legislative purpose. 
Democrats can thank themselves and Rep Richard Neal from the House Committee on Ways and Means because they and Rep Neal campaigned on "making Trump's taxes public," which was proof that Democrats were trying to abuse their positions and weaponize his taxes for campaign purposes.
They also stated that it's a FELONY to willfully SOLICIT, PRINT, or PUBLISH anyone's tax information in any manner not provided by the law.
Don’t think that SCOTUS is going to disagree with their findings, either, Dems. 😂🤣😂😂
