1. I took a look at the now restored account @ AzadiRojava. Clear to me the reason the account was suspended was why they suspended me in January 2018: Because the account reported on #AfrinWarCrimes. The time may have come to take @TwitterSupport to federal court with Turkey
2. to impose the full 9/11 liability on the company, its management and the Turkish state. The people committing war crimes in #Afrin are mix of genocidal Turkish #GreyWolfs , #ISIS and Al-#Qaeda. Two of these group are listed and can form the basis for 18 USC 2333 suits.
3. The goal would be to impose a receivership over @Twitter and its assets and divest the Saudi jihadists of any ownership interests. @FBISanFrancisco @FBIWFO should consider @TwitterSupport an unregistered agent of the Turkish government and the now proven ISIS affiliate MIT.
4. Because @realDonaldTrump operates a business in #Turkey he is exposed to RICO liability through the predicate acts described in the #MuellerReport. IMO he and his children who are conspiring with the MIT in Afrin can be made parties. @IvankaTrump @DonaldJTrumpJr @EricTrump Erdogan's Son Bilal with ISIS leaders.Erdogan with Taliban leader Mullah OmarTrump in White House with Erdogan and MIT head Fidan

1. If the Fascist Party is using private contractors to run the @realDonaldTrump @SenateGOP #ConcentrationCamps & child abuse centers, I think a class action against the companies providing the services naming all directors managers & employees seeking class action receiverships
2. negligent and intentional tort damages might be just the ticket. Make being connected to @Trump's concentration camps a civilians' guaranteed trip to Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. We need the names of the entities. Then we need plaintiff firms in the states where the companies are
3. operating. Then teams of lawyers can save the kids and destroy these evil monsters preying on poor children's' misery for blood money. The goal is to to destroy every one connected to it. Every banker. Teach these monsters the meaning of "Biblical" and "laid waste."

1. If @chucktodd actually got a college degree he might know how to look up words he doesn't understand. Especially before he mansplains to a member of Congress. I got my bachelors degree late in life. I'm betting Chuck could do it. It might straighten him out. @AOC

1. Sarah Fabian. Former Kirkland & Ellis associate. Looks like came in with Trump. So, although she's in what would appear to be a "career" job at @TheJusticeDept she's a political appointee IMO.
One of the first tasks Janet Reno gave my late brother was hunting all the critters
2. who'd "burrowed in" at DOJ during Reagan&Bush41. Then can them. Looks like she was put on an old Flores docket as housekeeping but all the active cases were after March 2017. She's a member of the Trumpkin master race for sure & has got just shy of two years to practice law.
3. Outside of prison of course. Genocide can become a cruel mistress. Unlucky for @TheJusticeDept Trumpkins to put kids from threatened indigenous people in cages. Then some died. That's a capital offense. And I'll be waiting Jan 20, 2021 to see them put on the cuffs. 😎

Solid patience able to Mirror and Match WR early in route. Solid twitch capable of playing through the catch point reading WR’s eyes to find ball. Good rep, think he can handle majority of snaps this way against NFL level competition #GiantsPride

Big takeaways from our analysis of Texas vote history from 2018:

✅ Turnout leaned slightly right of ‘16.
✅ Backbone of Dem ‘18 voter surges: Whites in metros and young voters.
✅ Stronger Latino turnout than in CA or FL
✅ Dem gains entirely persuasion- (not turnout-) based
The Texas electorate was a little to the right of 2016. Here are turnout rates relative to ‘16 among those modeled as:

Republican 92.7%
Democrat 90.6%
Nonpartisan 81.1%

Among past primary voters — important in states w/no party reg like TX:

Republican 94.8%
Democratic 94.4%

A thread on why I respect it but think it's flawed 👇
1/ Although I think it's flawed I recognise Nick & Oliver put it forward in a genuine spirit of compromise and not to obfuscate the referendum

(It's depressing how other MPs less committed to Referendum are happy to trash this soft Brexit plan because they want to stop Brexit)
2/ In #January 2017, when I was first appointed at @OpenEurope, I was fan of leaving via Norway/EEA

I recall discussing it with @CER_Grant but also with many key Leavers

It would have been a sensible staging post & provided a better transition to work out our long term position

2. The Brett Kavanaugh hearing once again overshadows the larger problem that has turned the Supreme Court into a “shadow government”. Problem isn’t nominees or justices who get to serve, but the janky, ambiguous Constitution they are asked to interpret.

Why we need a new one.
