I oppose rape or sexual assault. I think it's a mental illness and/or cowardly of a man or woman to do such.
It is important that in order to curb this menace, an example must be made of a sexual predator and the bigger the fish the more feat covered, however,
the level of emotional approach which I see even celebrities, engaged in this case is astonishing and anyone that speaks from an angel of objectivity is tagged a rape apologist. I'm speaking from that angle of neutrality and objectivity.
Being cynical about how her story was told or was expected to be told really has no bases as to if she's telling the truth or not, we've seen good orators that have lied people behind bars. It must have been very traumatic and shameful, so those saying why didn't
she come out since really don't know what they are talking about; that is Busola's truth not necessarily the fact, but above all, we should always encourage, support and sympathize with victims/alleged victims no matter how weak or strong their story is.
There's no smoke without fire, so I don't think Biodun Fatoyinbo is infallible but he will fight it be it true or false, knowing the end result can be devastating for his followers, family and even him spending time behind bars; hardly will anyone concede to such allegation
until evidence is found, then you'll hear "it's the devil that used me".

Everyday is for the thief, one day for the owner, police, justice or karma; whichever runs the fastest.
Apparently, it is alleged that this man has not stopped such acts, so if there are
pieces of evidence from recent cases (SMS, call logs, chats, bank transfers, voice records, videos, etc) it gives strength to build a case against him proving his lewdness.

For 5 seconds let's think, "if he actually didn't rape her & he was jailed..." many people will be guilty
of convicting an innocent man for a crime he didn't commit. Imagine if you were lied against and everyone believed the liar over you because you "fit the description". Removing the word alleged from this picture is biased and emotional.
Nigeria 🇳🇬
I'm disappointed that many did not lend their voice to the latest developments by our government while influencers and celebrities are engaged actively in Busola/Biodun case. They are equally important even though the facts and truth of the state and direction
of Nigeria is far more alarming yet gained less solidarity/unity/attention.
We can do better, not until herdsmen attack our own home.
