I had the misfortune to listen to one of the most appalling news segments on @BBCWorldTonight last night by @ritula, who ought to be ashamed 1/
David Triesman slanderously accuses Corbyn of being an anti-Semite, and baselessly describes the Labour party as institutionally antisemitic. 2/
Now you would think under the BBC charter @ritula would investigate the truth of the claims. Nope. Let's get @margarethodge to repeat the same smear and slander without the slightest bit of evidence or facts 3/
@margarethodge gets so worked up by her lies that she ends up declaring that the left are 'Jew haters'. 4/
Does @ritula question this ridiculous assertion? No. In fact she segues into an item on Brexit as though it is perfectly reasonable to smear the left as 'Jew haters'. 5/
In fact @margarethodge's hyperbole makes it clear that this has nothing to do with anti-Semitism but just her hatred of the left /6

All objective research shows that anti-Semitism is between 5-8% in the UK. With the figures released from disciplinary cases in Labour, it is 0.08%. 8/
I would ask @ritula what is the point of being a journalist if you don't present the truth? Is @BBCWorldTonight a news programme if all it does is repeat slander and smears? 7/
