Using ridicule along with QP privilege to lie about the fiscal soundness of the Crude by Rail Plan, Savage sounds like a junior high school bully rather than an Energy Minister. Precisely the effect she intended.

All Conservatives are purposely performing the role of “Jack”. They’re dissolving and dismissing the social norms and expectations that keep Western Democracies civil, safe and peaceful.
By removing civility, decorum and respect, conservatives are mentally enabling those with aggressive tendencies to intimidate any person or any political party who dissents or tries to block Conservative demands. Some may call this seditious intent.
What do conservatives want? Power of course, but ultimately they want unregulated and unrestricted fossil fuel production and the wealth that will bestow.

It is not normal to ridicule & disregard opposition. Do not let it slide. We can not allow this to become the norm. We need to push back on MP’s & MLA’s exhibiting this behaviour.
And we must maintain decorum when doing so.

This is unacceptable. Ministers are supposed to represent all constituents and hear their concerns, especially if the do not have the same ideological beliefs.
