Now that I think about it, this actually may be surprisingly correct. Trump Org is privately-held, with no shareholders to answer to. Until now, the only organizations Trump's been part of where other people have rights are HOAs...

He probably stopped reading at Art. 2's "the executive power will be vested in...." and thinks it means Congress is an HOA board he's NOT accountable to.
