Having worked with Les Wexner for so long, Razek says, "I've learned to integrate a lot of his thinking. We speak in shorthand." It's as if the TWO ARE ONE—like an old married couple, able to communicate w/out words. "I've traveled all over the world with Les for over 20 years."
Trick is, Razek has to outdo himself each time he has an idea.
