Install this browser extension:

Step 2) Goto Extension options -> "Custom mode" -> paste the following into the box:

Step 3) Click "Save"
Step 4) Clear cache & history

Here's a simple way to write and share a vision doc.

💡 1 x purpose: why you exist, should stay stable for 2-3 years
🎯 3 x focus areas (FA): your priorities for this year
📈 3 x measures / FA: how you know you'll be successful

Protip: use images to illustrate the FAs.
Re: Purpose

You can iterate during the year, but it has to feel big enough that it gives you 2-3 years worth of work. If you already have a product you can walk backward with the 5 whys starting with "why did you build the product?". Then keep going.
Re: Focus Areas

Focus areas should not have metrics. They should be treated more like themes or priorities. If you're struggling you can always go back to the AARRR funnel and pick 2-3 based on where you are in the life of your product.
