WRINKLE: In the citizenship question case, the parties want to extend an upcoming deadline to files motions to sanction the Trump administration in order to discuss “potential settlement of fees and costs.”

This is the first mention of settlement talks on the public record for the remainder of this case that I am aware of offhand.
