"...there are actually two different kinds of 5G." Not true. True: 5G = NR
NR allows for almost any bandwidth (100MHz channels, anyone) in almost any frequency. It also enables channel bonding across different bands. Above 6GHz spectrum is a radio frequency with different propagation and therefore unit economics than below 6GHz, not a technology.

It is surprising how little attention this story is attracting. Distressed debt financings like this mean the people involved think a chain of events is likely. This is not good news for news. What other senior secured term loans trade at a 11.5% annualized rate?

Remember: it is much scarier to say "the market" is down 721.74 points than to say it is down 2.73%! Don't tell them which market you are referring to either!
Everyone knows that the most effective way to be dramatic today about price changes in an index is to use the point drop in the Wilshire 5000 and to only say "the market was down more than 900 points."
If you want to maximize drama or to sell your market timing newsletter do not ever say that the market is only up [XYZ]% over the last five or ten years. Loss aversion, present moment bias and availability bias are the friends of a storyteller!

UberEats=perceived primary concern for GRUB, but its entry had very little impact to GRUB's market share in key Takeout markets; Uber rolled out Eats in Chicago & NYC in Apr '15 & most other cities listed starting Jan '16; '18 vs '17 data here shows only 5% share erosion for GRUB

Price gets Wagner to say that the prior jury found infringement, but never decided what constitutes an article of manufacture. Wagner also says it took him time to get data from Samsung because the data is highly confidential, and there were language issues.
Wagner says Samsung pays him $795 per hour, and Apple's damages expert Julie Davis charges $900 per hour. Wagner testified yesterday that he has worked over 8,000 hours on the case since 2011. So he's made about **$6.36 million** by my tally.
The parties finished with Wagner, and both parties have rested their case. Judge Koh says she needs some time to finalize jury instructions, so she let the jurors take a 15-minute break.
