Kudos to the authors for publishing the full data...
To me, these data do not show a substantial difference in uterine hormones between later-diagnosed autistic and non-diagnosed fetuses (even if the stats show it is statistically "significant")
Moreover, even if we take them at face value (and we really shouldn't, IMO), this study is merely correlational and does not imply a causal role of uterine hormones on risk of autism
This highlights a general problem with the literature looking for evidence of environmental risk factors for autism - negligible effect sizes:
