The reason consistency is HUGE is due to the subconscious mind

When you keep doing something over & over, your subconscious mind is like:

'This shit is really important to this motherfucker, isn't it?? Aight, I'll figure it out.'

That's when your inner tension melts.
Consistency is the secret language of the subconscious mind.

'Why though?'

Because your subconscious mind is a stubborn son of a bitch.

Let me explain some psychological principles to ya
Your conscious mind wants to change.

It really does.

If you're a fatso, then you want to get a 6 pack.

It's a hidden desire.
But your subconscious mind doesn't want to change.

It wants things to stay the exact same.

'Why?'

So it feels safe.
The only way you gonna change it is by FORCING it with the conscious mind.

'And how do I force it?'

By being consistent.
You need to use your conscious mind to show up.

'Even when I don't feel like it?'

Especially when you don't feel like it.

That's what separates the winners from the clowns
Like I said, CONSISTENCY is the secret language of the subconscious mind.

When you first begin, the subconscious mind WILL try to sabotage you.

'Sabotage me how?'

By repeating limiting paradigms & scaring you
For example, for the fat person the subconscious mind is going to be like:

'Just break your diet.'

'People in the gym will laugh at you. Don't go there.'

'Just give up. You'll quit soon anyways..'
But that's normal.

Whenever you are disrupting preexisting paradigms, the subconscious mind WILL fight you.

'So what do I do?'

You continue.
Keep doing it over & over.

Don't stop.

You will become numb to the limiting beliefs & emotional pain..

It will stop phasing ya..

Keep doing it over & over....

Override the old thought patterns.

Enforce a tsunami of action.

Consistency fam.
Soon, your subconscious mind is going to be like:

'Still??? Alright alright, you win conscious mind! I will abide by this new paradigm. It's very important to you, I see.'

And that's when your reality will shift.
Your subconscious mind ain't evil.

It just wants you to be safe.

But when you are consistently doing something & growing from it, your subconscious mind will realize the new act is not harmful.

Heck, its beneficial!
Which is why doing the task for atleast 5 minutes a day beats 5 hours every now & then.

You'll see exponential progress homie.

Consistency is a sign of genius.

So embody it.
Get back out there.

Win the battle of the 2 minds.

Your subconscious mind will do ANYTHING your conscious mind is consistent with.

'Anything?'

Anything.

Now go kill it.
