(1/3) A question I hear @mrjamesob ask a lot is, "which specific EU policy is preventing the UK from helping ordinary people?"

It's a fun gotcha, but I personally can understand ordinary punters not being able to name specific EU regulations.

I propose a fairer alternative:

Here is a list of every UK Prime Minister since the country joined the EC in 1973.

Whose administration do you think was all set to really lift up the forgotten man and woman of your great country but was held back by EU regulations?
(3/3) I have no idea what the answer to this question is, or if there is one.

However, I'd argue it's a reminder that SOME entirely justifiable concerns leading to Brexit came, not from successive UK Governments' lack of sovereignty, but rather from what they did with it.
