The Norinco LJ-7 domestic /BA-7 "Blue Arrow" export is the poor mans AGM-114 Hellfire. A laser guided anti tank HEAT missile with effective range of 6 km. BA 9 version is lighter at 58.5 lbs vs 101 lbs. Both can be guided by a laser pointer and have double hit for reactive armor. 
Use of the BA -7 and the older 2015 stock instead of newer missiles prolly means UAE is cleaning our their junk by donating or selling it to Haftar. The bad hits and long range lucky shots also mean that probably is little ground coordination or guidance aerohisto.blogspot.com/2019/04/remain….
The Egyptians and Saudis also have lethal Wing Loong knockoffs (their US MALES can't fire weapons). This is the Houthi knocking out a Wing Loong and then kicking the BA-7.
