2. Obviously any use of nuclear fuel in some sort of critical mass explosion would destroy the missile and kill everyone near by. So the only other use I can imagine would be to use fuel as a heat source like a reactor does. But they generate steam so a rocket full of water
3. sounds idiotic. It would require shielding and if they found a way to vent steam to create thrust, I defer to physicists, but I doubt this system would ever be more efficient than a chemical rocket motor. So I'm calling BS on this story and MSM should not report anything
