Preliminary analysis of our spending after 8 months in Mexico City: personal spending is a little lower ($4,500 vs $5,150 in SF); business spending is the same ($5,200); biggest difference is in quality of life due to lower costs for services, more travel, cheaper rent/food
This also doesn't capture big increase in income, due to 1) having more time (due to cheaper services) 2) being healthier/more balanced (due to less stress/more exercise) 3) cost savings being reinvested into coaching/courses which have improved top line
In other words, spending seems almost flat because we're reinvesting heavily, and fruits of that investment are mostly going to savings. I think single biggest impact of living in Mex for 2 yrs will be having a down payment on a house. More Millennials should do this
