4A....lol with NSA and FISA the government ignores the 4th amendment.
5A....SCOTUS just said that the 5th amend doesn't apply to the same charge if done by state and federal gov. ...red flag laws..

6A...there is no speedy trial anymore. Many colleges have shredded the 6A irt sexual assaults
7A...is not incorporated and doesn't apply to states. It's not indexed to inflation.
8A...major moves to redefine what cruel and unusual punishment means.

9A...has been forgotten by the gov that is no longer limited. The gov now takes all rights not listed(except for the right to abort)
10A.....lol...the federal and state government have sought to destroy this amendment since it was ratified.

The only amendment within the bill of rights that isn't under daily assault is the 3rd amendment and that's only because the government has had no need to quarter troops in private homes lately. The government is not your friend when it comes to the bill of rights.

Granted u see the major push to roll back the bill of rights currently coming from the left, but make no mistake, if the bill of rights are in the way of some GOP power grab, they will oppose those rights too, like red flag laws or increasing the age to take away 2A from 18yr old

One final point. The fact that the bill of rights may not pass today does not mean there is enough votes to repeal them. So, while it's probably true that the BIR would probably not pass today, it's also true that those that wish to destroy them will probably be unsuccessful.
