Back in @meijer territory for @tesla superchargers. This one is in Gaylord, Michigan. This is a long stop because we are headed into the UP where there are no superchargers. We will get a little extra juice in Mackinaw at a L2 and then into the void we go.

We are doing a little bit of sightseeing of this beautiful city while giving ourselves a little bit of margin for our trip to Escanaba.

Crossing into the UP.

The UP is a different world.

If you pass through the UP, put Kitch-iti-kippi on your visit list. You won't need to spend long there but you won't regret stopping.

Dear @BurgerKing, we had lunch at your Wausau, Wisconsin location while Lenny got electrons at the adjacent @tesla supercharger. Virtually everyone was buying the @ImpossibleFoods Whopper and those who weren't were asking us about it. Amazing.

Back at the Robbinsdale, MN supercharger getting ready for my return trip to DC since I only have 110v charging at my dad's.

.@meijer even has superchargers at its headquarters in Walker, Michigan. Very cool. Me thinks someone at Meijer is a fan of EVs

How cool is it that I can be all the way up in the far corner of Michigan in an electric car! It is made possible because of @tesla's supercharger network.

Manistee is on the route between Ludington, MI and Travis City.

A gorgeous scenic overlook next to the Arcadia Dunes on Michigan 22.

Getting electrons in Polaris, OH at the last new-to-me supercharger of the trip. A @corelifeeatery is next to the chargers. What a great place to eat. Healthy, with great sustainability options and very little waste (metal trays and real silverware). So glad I found them.

One last charge in Hagerstown Maryland. Hard to believe this trip is almost over already. This stop used to be mandatory but this is the first time I've been here in a long time now that there are so many superchargers in the area.

Another road trip comes to a close.
