4/. @JolyonMaugham might have spotted the trap that is being laid for Parliament and MPs who THINK they are backing a deal.
Corrective action is needed. Parliament has to be sitting in order to TAKE corrective action.
It is Prorogued.

5/. Further, the Supreme Court and the lawyers acting for the various parties, need to bear not only THIS in mind when pointing out the harm and abuses that can occur through the combination of Prorogation PLUS the tricky and secretive nature of this Government.
6/. Remember, 8.10 of Erskine May suggests that once Parliament is Prorogued it can be further Prorogued to reduce sitting time yet more.
