The IG for the intelligence community has been unwilling so far to share details of the whistleblower complaint as he answers questions to House Intel, per sources. He’s been taking about the process for handling the complaint.
The inspector general does not have the authority to discuss the details of the complaint with Congress because the DNI has not shared the actual report with the committee and has apparently not otherwise authorized Atkinson to share those details.

After leaving briefing, Rep. Mike Quigley, Democrat on House Intel, attacked the Justice Department over the handling of the complaint.
