Huge sums were doled out today to the media his Krestellency’s enablers to brainwash the public into thinking a counter claim was filed whereas the preliminary objection simply admitted culpability & a scheme to block the case from being heard. I shall explain... #EndRapeCulture 
They have challenged the jurisdiction of the court to hear the case and primarily stated that the case is “Statute Barred” meaning the time to seek remedy in court has elapsed. Thus, admitting that this actually happened over 3years ago.
In their confusion they so believe they can string arm the court not to hear the case again as publishe din the media. This single display of impunity and misquote of technicalities shows clearly they have something to hide. All that was stated here can be argued in court.
