Questions might be considered DNI hearing, “what is Mr. Giuliani’s role in the U.S. government?” And “did Mr. Giuliani reach out to acting chairman of Ukraine’s Secret service & perform intelligence activity on behalf of US government?”
The DNI’s purview is about “urgent concern” and “intelligence activity” - ask whether withholding aid is an urgent concern? Do any of the allegations involve “intelligence activity” , if so which ones?
